About Roxy Renovations

I started Roxy Renovations because I love houses and the process of making them wonderful to live in. I really enjoy taking a house and maximizing its potential, given whatever limits exist. I run projects for my clients as if it were my house and I don't leave until the last door fits and the thresholds are varnished!

Roxy Renovations LLC provides the following services:

• Professional project management: My background is in business and I bring a high level of precision, reporting, and communication to my renovation projects. I consider myself to be a stand-in for my clients, managing subcontractors and suppliers based on the client's best interests.
  
  
• Open pricing: Clients can see the price of all subcontractors and materials. A percentage of that total is added on as my fee. I make no hidden profits by buying wholesale and selling retail to clients.
  
  
• Design help: In some projects, all the design elements have been determined by the clients and their architect. Other projects, however, require design decisions to be made during the construction process. In those cases I'm available to help clients work through decisions regarding anything from door styles to paint colors.
